CNH Diagnostic Tool for Case Devices

Is there any way for a regular user to get a diagnostic program for their Case notebook? Our dealer claims this isn't possible, but I understand their concern about possible misoperation. But it seems unfair to have to pay for every service call, especially for a brand new device. I've been told that messing with this could void the warranty, which I think is true. But if there's no warranty, why should the CNH Diagnostic Tool bother?

Users will benefit from having access to these tools to perform basic diagnostics and maintenance without always having to rely on dealer service.
