Proosta robota, tylko u nas bylo wiecej zabawy z kodowaniem bo auto z USA i konwersje musielismy zrobic.

Dwa dodaktowe kable do BDC oraz zmiany pinow w lampach wewnetrznych.

To na aucie kumpla, na moim bede robil za pare dni i pstrykne fotki z samej instalacji.

Rozważam zakup G30. Puknięta niegroźnie z przodu. Do wymiany zderzak, maska i prawdopodobnie lewa lampa. Naszła mnie myśl, że skoro już musiałbym robić przód to może przerobić na LCI. Sprawdzał już z Was może co trzeba wymienić żeby przeprowadzić taki zabieg? Lampy i zderzak to wiadomo ale maska chyba nie została zmieniona? Oryginalnie auto ma lasery ale jeśli miałbym robić retrofit to raczej wolałbym Ledy adaptacyjne aniżeli lasery. Tył to tak jak chłopaki opisali powyżej.

Na bimmerpost ktoś pisał, że robił wymianę przednich reflektorów i maska oraz błotniki pasują. Zderzak, grill potrzebny nowy.

Installation time

The installation time is approx. 2.5 hours. This may vary depending on the condition of the car and its equipment package.

The installation time shown does not include any time spent on programming/coding.

The calculation of the total costs for the programming time must be factored into the calculation of retrofitting

costs (must not be invoiced under the warranty).

Important information

These installation instructions are primarily designed for use within the BMW dealership organisation and by authorised BMW service companies.

These installation instructions are intended for use by qualified specialist staff trained on BMW cars with the relevant expert knowledge.

All work must be completed using the latest BMW repair manuals, wiring diagrams, servicing manuals and work

instructions, in a logical order, using the prescribed tools (special tools), and observing current health and safety

regulations.

If you experience installation or functional problems, restrict troubleshooting to approx. 0.5 hours

for mechanical work and 1.0 hours for electrical work.

To avoid unnecessary extra work and/or costs, please send an inquiry to the technical parts support team.

Quote the following information:

– VIN,

– retrofit kit part number,

– a detailed description of the problem,

– any work already carried out.

Please do not archive the printout of these installation instructions. The current version can be found in the EPC.

Ensure that the cables and/or lines are not kinked or damaged as you install them in the car. Costs incurred by

this will not be reimbursed by BMW AG.

Additional cables/wires that are installed must be secured with cable ties. If the specified PIN chambers are occupied, bridges, double crimps, or twin-lead terminals must be used.

All illustrations show LHD (left-hand drive) cars; proceed in the same way on RHD (right-hand drive) cars.

Ordering instructions

The following parts are not supplied in the retrofit kit and must be ordered separately (see EPC for part numbers

and details):

– MQS socket contact E (4 x)

– GREY cable 0.35 mm2 F (12 metres)

– Cable ties G (15 x)

– Gutter cover on left side panel J

– Gutter cover on right side panel K

Special tools required

Refer to the relevant ISTA/AIR repair manual for details of the special tool required.

The figure shows the G30 car. Proceed in the

same way with the G31.

Remove both cable holders (1) from the wiring harness to plug E60*1B, they are no longer required.

Cut the GREY cable F to a length of 7 metres for F1/

F2 and 5 metres for F3/F4.

Crimp MQS socket contacts E onto branches F1

and F3.

The figure shows the G30 car. Proceed in the

same way with the G31.

Disconnect all cable from the left boot lid rear light

plug E60*1B and reconnect them as follows:

• BLACK/YELLOW cable to PIN 1

• YELLOW/BROWN cable to PIN 2

• YELLOW/BLACK cable to PIN 3

• BLUE/RED cable to PIN 5

• BROWN cable to PIN 6

Connect branch F1 to PIN 4.

The figure shows the G30 car. Proceed in the

same way with the G31.

Disconnect all cable from the right boot lid rear light

plug E58*1B and reconnect them as follows:

• BLACK/WHITE cable to PIN 1

• BLUE/BLACK cable to PIN 2

• YELLOW cable to PIN 3

• BLUE/WHITE cable to PIN 5

• BROWN cable to PIN 6

Connect branch F3 to PIN 4.

The figure shows the G30 car. Proceed in the

same way with the G31.

Route branches F2 and F4 along the boot lid

wiring harness on the right-hand side of the boot and

secure them with cable ties.

Secure the boot lid wiring harness to the boot lid using adhesive tape at the points shown (1).

Route branches F2 and F4 along the right-hand side

of the car to the BDC A258.

Connect branch F2 to plug A258*3B, PIN 50.

Connect branch F4 to plug A258*3B, PIN 38.

Install side panel rear lights A and B with gutter cover on left side panel J and gutter cover on right side

panel K as described in ISTA/AIR 63 12 283.

Install boot lid rear lights C and D with gutter cover on left side of boot lid H and gutter

cover on right side of boot lid I as described in

ISTA/AIR 63 12 285.

The retrofit system requires programming/coding.

– Connect the battery

– Connect the battery charger to the car

– Connect the car to the ISTA workshop system

– Open the ISTA car programming system

– Please refer to the instructions provided in the ISTA application documentation for working with ISTA

– Select the "LCI rear lights retrofit” in the – Retrofits – path and work through the action plan

– If necessary, carry out a vehicle test using the ISTA system, and note, or work through, any errors that have

been recorded

– Conduct a function test

– Re-assemble the car

Natomiast cały czas mam problem z lewym stopem, zamontowałem adapter w lewą lampę nr części 61115A3C023 ale to nic nie pomogło, cały czas błąd :( znacie inne rozwiązanie tego problemu?

Ja zakładałem w ASO a i tak co jakiś czas zapala mi się lokatorka „Awaria lewego światła stop”. Ma to miejsce zawsze zaraz po odpaleniu i po kilku sekundach gaśnie.

Na początek sprawdźcie czy soft 21-07 lub 22-03 nie rozwiąże problem.

W którymś i-level był problem z softem w BDC, wprawdzie dotyczył świateł mijania lub drogowych, ale może być też problem z innymi tematami o których nie ma oficjalnego info.

Nawet z MGU bywały problemy z softami z początku 2021r
