Wymiana FRM2 na FRM3 i lampy tył + przód LCI xenon

Hej,

 

Możecie mi pomóc w poprawnym zakodowaniu świateł LCI w bmw e90 w modelu pre-LCI?

 

Kolega ma BMW 335i, który wymienił przednie i tylne lampy na LCI. Auto jest z 2008 roku i miało FRM2, lecz kolega kupił FRM3 i włożył do tego auta (wersja USA). Tylne lampy działają ok i wszystko śmiga, problem w tym, że przednie lampy mrugają (xenon) i nie działają Running Lights. Moglibyście mi napisać jaka jest procedura kodowania? Wiem jak zmienić VIN przez WINKFP, wiem jak dodać FA $522 i przekodowac CAS oraz NFRM, ale nie wiem jaki rok produkcji w FA muszę wpisać, aby auto wiedziało, że ma FRM3. Obecnie jest #0307. Ewentualnie co jeszcze trzeba zrobić, aby to śmigało?

A czy trzeba przekładać piny po wymianie FRM2 na FRM3 (słyszałem że od kierunkowskazów bocznych).Jesli nie sprawiło by to problemu to prosił bym o schemat który pin gdzie.

Dodam że w tylnych lampach mam już kable poprzekładane na wersje LCI i światła świecą ale mam błędy tylnych kierunkowskazów .

Przekodowałem datę w CAS i NFRM i błędy żarówek znikneły ale zgineły mi pozycyjne z tyłu .W klapie świecą ale pod kierunkami już nie .

Może trzeba pozamieniać piny w FRMie3 ? Jesli tak to jakie.

Może ktoś posiada schematy FRM2 i FRM3 to sobie porównam albo dostęp do schematu FRM3

W/g mnie trzeba go wpisac, zakodowac do serii i sprawdzic w inpa UIF czy raportuje prawidlowy krotki, jesli nie to programowanie winkfp.

 

Z pinami w frm to jeszcze nie wszystko. Po wypieciu pinow do ringow tj 14 i 41 mamy odlaczona zewnetrzna pozycje z tylu.

Na niemieckim forum pisza ze lacza je z pinami 16 i 18 X14260 czyli do wewnetrznych tylnych pozycji (na klapie). Tylko tak 2x21W=42W na kablu. oni pisza tam ze to spokojnie dziala.

Ja mam na to lepszy pomysl -zamiast zwyklych zarowek dac ledowe -one pobieraja 7W kazda wiec na kablu jest max14W

Niestety nie mam schematow do lci z wds i nie wiem jak to jest w ori.

Note:

Dealing with short circuits in the footwell module depends on the production date of the footwell module. Differences result for the production date 09/2007 and 09/2009.

 

Description of dealing with short circuits up to 09/2007:

If a short circuit is detected in a circuit, the circuit is switched off after one minute. This circuit remains switched off until there has been a terminal change (terminal 15 > terminal 30 ‐> terminal 15).

 

A renewed attempt to switch on is only made after a terminal change. After a total of 50 terminal changes have occurred in a vehicle while the circuit had a short circuit, the corresponding output from the footwell module will be switched off permanently . This is the case if the fault entry can no longer be deleted even though the short circuit has been repaired. Exception: xenon bulbs: If the short circuit was present in the circuit of a xenon bulb, the output will be switched off permanently after 20 terminal changes. In this case, the footwell module must be replaced.

 

Description of dealing with short circuits as of 09/2007:

If a short circuit is detected in a circuit, the circuit is switched off after one minute. This circuit remains switched off until there has been a terminal change (terminal 15 > terminal 30 ‐> terminal 15).

 

A renewed attempt to switch on is only made after a terminal change. The control unit permanently switches off the corresponding output if a total of 10 terminal changes have taken place while there is a short circuit in a circuit. After repairing the short circuit, the output is reactivated using a diagnosis command in the testing procedure.

 

If the short circuit is still present, the output will be switched off again after 1 minute and permanently switched off again after another 10 terminal changes. Po sprawdzeniu wychodzi że nic nie przekładam jeżeli chodzi o kable .

Najgorsze że nie mam żadnego błędu od frm3 .

Może ktoś mógł by porównać i zobaczyć czy nie mam czegoś wyłączone ?

Podejrzewam że jak włączysz drl to tylne wewnętrzne pozycje świecą jaśniej lub cały tył w zależności od kodowania. Jak moduł jest frm3 ahl to prawdopodobnie nie masz bocznych kierunków. Jak max brose to powinny być Ok.

Z tylu wszystko poza pozycjami pod kierunkami chodzi ,przeciwmgielne ,wsteczne ,kierunki. Modul wymienilem bo mialem zwykly frm2 base ktory nie mial przednich swiatel przeciwmgielnych .xenony beda dopiero za jakis czas.

Tak jak piszesz właśnie byłem sprawdzić i bocznych kierunków też niemam Z tylu mam juz lci lampy .Przednie lampy mam zwykle jeszcze czyli kierunki sa zwykle. Z tylu wszystko poza pozycjami pod kierunkami chodzi ,przeciwmgielne ,wsteczne ,kierunki. Jesli ktos doklada skretne poliftowe xenony z FRM3 AHL to nie dzialaja boczne kierunkowskazy te na blotnikach. Zjakiegos powodu zostaly one przesuniete do innych pinow.

pin 44 x14261 do pinu 8 x14261 lewa strona, pin 11 x14260 do pinu 32 x14261 prawa strona.

Dzieje sie tak tylko w frm3 ahl uzywanym i dolozonym. W frm2 czy w frm3 max brose tego problemu nie ma

w tym wątku jest wszystko czego potrzebujecie. Pinouty do kompletnego ahl też.

Wiadomo że jeszcze trzeba się przystosować do swojego konkretnego przypadku.

ja mam taki patent że podłączyłem je do 16 i 18 wewnętrzne tylne a zewnętrzne podłączyłem zamiast pinow do 3led w frm tj 50 i 8 w x14260 -o ile dobrze pamiętam. Jest to gdzieś tam napisane w tym wątku co podałem.

A zrobiłem tak bo 3led mi się nie podobają.

Dzisiaj wszystko po przekładałem nie obyło się bez problemów ponieważ niektóre kable były zbyt krótkie aby je założyć do następnej kostki .

Wszystko działa jak należy ,wielkie podziękowania Tombo* i Din76 za pomoc która okazała się nieoceniona . 2 maja mam przegląd i teraz jadę ze spokojem .
