Mały OT, czemu z europie nie ma możliwości takiego sprawdzenia auta? Powinno coś takiego byc, wspólnie ubezpieczalnie i policaj, robią dokumentację, a kilak fotek na jakimś ogólno dostepnym, może byc nawet płatnym serwerze z nr.vin. I po sprawie. nie byłoby problemu ze szrotami...
